LOGLINE: After uncovering a false flag operation, a high-profile female Army Ranger is hidden away with a covert unit meant to provide safe harbor to assets in danger. But a series of deadly mishaps forces her on a mission to expose who is behind it all before it’s too late.
SUMMARY: Army Ranger, MIA MASON, was born to be a fighter. Her father, an influential General, and her aunt, a former Marine with lofty political aspirations, have set her on a path to rise high within the ranks of the U.S. military. Needless to say, pressure has been on Mia from a young age to serve her country and her family. But after a disastrous mission is swept under the rug, Mia is forced to speak out against her superiors. A miscalculation by her commanding officer during a daring rescue mission resulted in the death of her men, or so it would seem. Her admission inadvertently exposes a series of false flag operations known as OBELISK, secretly orchestrated by powerful people high within the government, meant to lead the country to war. But not knowing who is pulling the strings puts Mia’s family legacy and life in grave danger. For safekeeping, she is transferred to HORIZON, a covert unit of military misfits based in South America – while her allies fight to expose who is masterminding Obelisk. But, during a routine mission, guarding rogue autocrat, INACIO REIS, who seeks political asylum at a local embassy, things go awry. An attack from the outside, and ambush from within, forces Mia into the open. On the run, she discovers Reis was meant to be the fall guy in one of Obelisk’s clandestine endeavors, and others in Horizon are assets needing safe harbor for what they know. Suspecting they were all put together to be eliminated, Mia must take up the fight to find out who is behind Obelisk before it’s too late.
